Relax by the fireplace while enjoying the large flat-screen TV, all set against elegant tiled flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a sub-zero refrigerator, and a wet bar complete with an ice maker and wine cooler. Share meals at the spacious dining table with a view.
The primary suite offers a king bed, balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and an additional 27-inch flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Each guest bedroom is furnished with a twin fold-out sleeper chair for added flexibility.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Condo was beautiful and clean. One reason we picked this place was the patio hot tub. After our final payment in Feb 2023 we are told hot tub closed. No reduction in cost. We get there, postings everywhere about patio hot tubs closed and dated December 2022. Several amenities in our building were closed. Maintenance tried to enter our condo twice without advance notice for non emergency issues. At first we were told we had no choice but to let them in without notice, st anytime?! Never in all our rentals has that happened. We understand for emergencies or if selling unit. My husband is a 20 year disabled vet with PTSD. We were told entering our unit anytime was in our rental agreement. We asked for rental agreement and there was nothing in fine print. They deferred we just asked for no one to come until we leave. Maintenance still tried two other times. The building isn’t totally completed. Still under construction. This wasn’t shown in pictures. Staff was nice at Turquoise building other than maintenance issues. Our condo was very nice. This is our third trip to

The condo was beautiful and kitchen was very well equipped! View was gorgeous from our 27th floor. We would’ve enjoyed using the balcony hot tub but they were closed due to some bacterial issue. We would definitely stay here again.
