All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your passes and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office

The room is as nice as it appears in the pictures. Only one note. When using the oven give yourself time for it to preheat. It takes 45 minutes to preheat for a frozen pizza. All appliances are high end and super nice. The oven was just funny for pizzas and biscuits in the morning.

We showed up to check in at 4 PM and the place was an absolute wreck. There was food everywhere mac & cheese on the floor tons of trash. The place hadn’t been cleaned at all. Beddings weren’t ready. It was disgusting. We had to wait three hours for the entire place to get cleaned and we come back and there is a still horrible smell in the living room that stays the entire time. I think it’s from the place, not being taken care of musty furniture etc. The outdoor furniture is dirty as well as the living room furniture there was still mac & cheese stains on the carpet so the property is just not as listed on VRBO. Also, we had issues with outlets not working. So overall, we were not very happy with the property management and the cleanliness of the property although it is decorated very well and in a great location you could just tell that it had not been taken care of. We also were told that the owners were the ones who left this property in disgusting condition when we were checking in at 4 PM. They were supposed to clean and they didn’t.
