I liked that it was on the beach and they had activities all week for the kids.

It cost $300 for my other two kids to stay. I love the hotel but the price I really high. They did not include extra trash bags, you had to wash your own towels, and sheet is they got dirty.we had to ask them several times to work our hot tub because it was not heating up and got dirty because they did not do maintenance every day like they said they were going to do.

Everything! Unit was beautiful, spacious, and right on the beach! Kids LOVED the inside and outside pools, as well as the lazy river. Fitness room was great and had a large variety of equipment. Staff was super friendly and efficient!

The property had not received our reservation info from Luxury Vacation Rentals, even though we got a text saying we could check in. Then Luxury Vacation Rentals didn't answer our phone calls or email in a timely manner to help resolve the situation. However, Turquoise staff handled the situation quickly and were super accommodating. Lesson learned: DO NOT book through an outside agency. Book directly with Spectrum Resorts.
