CANCELLATIONS: For any cancellation notification received more than 60 days prior to occupancy; a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee will be issued. If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 30 days of your check-in date.

The place was just as advertised. It had all the necessities and was very clean. The manager was very accommodating and responsive. I’d definitely rent here again.

We were only staying for 2 months due to my house being renovated. We needed another month and the owner accommodated our needs. We were so grateful for being able to stay longer. The house is so nice. It was clean and you can’t beat the location.

Pros: place was very clean and nice house. Good for dogs.
Cons: kinda miffed that check in is so late (5:00). When we arrived one of the smoke alarms was chirping. Really? Like the cleaning people hadn’t heard that? Took a while to figure out which one as it would only chirp once every minute. Called and texted the property manager and no response until the next day when we texted AGAIN. Good thing it was nothing serious. When he did call he complained that they deal with a lot of properties and are very busy. I guess they bit off more than they could chew then. Fixed it myself.
Stayed at a lot of these… first time there was not shampoo in the showers. Make sure you bring some.
Neighborhood was OK and safe… just one of those where they jammed too many homes too tightly together than they probably should. Neighbors are very close and the streets are very narrow.
Not sure I’d stay again… the property managers very late response that they are over worked really bothered me. What if something really serious was wrong when we got there?
