THINGS TO KNOW
-Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please discuss your concerns with us before booking a home.
-Docks, river access, and watercraft (if applicable) are seasonal. Please contact us for details on availability.
-This home does not have AC.
-Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming platforms.
-Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.
