A private two-acre family retreat that has been passed down to the next generation. The property is nestled among the stunning California Redwoods in historic Cazadero. It is the perfect setting for a memorable vacation with family and friends or a romantic couple's getaway. Plus, it’s the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and balance yourself with nature.
The grounds offer a large grassy area for outdoor games such as volleyball and badminton and a campfire ring in back for a relaxing evening by a warm fire.
The newly remodeled contemporary style accommodation showcases simplicity, style, and comfort. The main room with it vaulted wood beam ceilings features a large living room area, an open gourmet kitchen, and a spacious dining area that seats up to ten guests.
The living room area with its stone fireplace includes a comfortable and spacious leather sofa.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes professional cookware, 2 sinks, double ovens, ample prep areas, gas cook top, wine refrigerator, and quartz stone counter tops.
The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The master bath showcases a large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The two guest bedrooms are spacious with queen size beds and large closets.

Return customer at Villa Ratto & it was fantastic (it always is)! Well appointed, with lots of extras that you don’t get at most rentals. The proximity to the Austin Creek & Caz make it ideal for us.

Place is great! Very clean, kitchen has everything you need to make whatever you want. Great for a gathering with friends/family. Outdoor firepit has everything you need. Tony was great at communicating with us as well.

A beautiful quiet property tucked away in the redwoods. We had a very nice time with our young kids, and getting to and from Monte Rio for food and river time was easy. We also dipped in the creek on the property (the weather was cool for our visit but this would have been a great option in warmer weather). Overall had a wonderful stay.

Staying here was as easy as walking into your own home. Tony is a great communicator, helping with our questions as they arose. The house is fabulous - high end kitchen, double pane windows, adequate seating in dining area & also living area. Being safely in two acres filled with fruit trees, well maintained areas for dogs, children, fun or relaxing in shade or sun. The house is very well equipped & lots of special extras offered, chocolates, coffee, tea, cocoa. We were spoiled by the luxurious extras. Highly recommend Villa Ratto! A huge thanks to Tony for making our stay so easy & comfortable.
