About this apartment rental
Located on west beach, surrounded by small beach homes and removed from high rises and tourist congestion, you really feel more like your walking into a spa than a condo. With only three units per floor, the lower density complex gives a lower stress and less crowded vibe. The stunning amenities add even more to enhance the spa feel. With heated Indoor and outdoor pools, and equipped work out facilities at your finger tips.
The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment!
When you're ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property.

* This nonsmoking unit will sleep 8
* Allows 2 cars, parking passes included in rental packet
* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25
*Trailers are not allowed on the property
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

This was a great condo with awesome views. My husband and sons enjoyed fishing off the pier just below our unit. The indoor pool was a great size for my three kids. Very short walk across the street to the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, go karts, etc. A few things that were disappointing...the headboard in my son's bedroom was broken and one of the bathrooms was not stocked with toilet paper (luckily we had brought some of our own).

Lovely condo. The outdoor pool was to cold to enter. I visited friends at 2 nearby pools and was able to enter the water. They were not as cold. The refrigerator sounding like a jet ready to take off for 2 nights was the worst. The stove both burners and oven seemed extremely slow to heat. Only other comments king bed in master even too high for people in 40's, mold on seal strip at bottom of shower door in queen room. Sorry for negatives but FYI. Man

Check-in was super simple. Kitchen was clean & fully stocked. The brand new refrigerator started making a noise late one night, & White Shores sent out a repairman early the next morning to fix it.

This was an inviting and beautifully decorated condo. The property was well maintained and landscaped. And the beds were incredibly comfortable!
