Enjoy this newly updated inverted house which is nestled in among the trees overlooking a fabulous view of Grand Lake St. Mary's. You can enjoy lake access right outside your door or stay in and relax by the fireplace and enjoy the views.

Walk up one level to the 2nd floor living and dining area, as well as the kitchen and laundry room. A half bath and large Master Bedroom with en suite Master Bathroom are also found on the 2nd floor. A favorite room of the house is a screened in porch tucked between the trees which overlooks the lake.
The 3rd level features two bedrooms and a full bath. There is an oversized bedroom with a king bed and and a queen bedroom with a walk out balcony in the tree tops on the 3rd level.
The home is tastefully decorated and complete with smart TVs and Wi-Fi access in all the rooms.
