Indian Hallow Tarhe Cottage at Indian Lake

It was great everyone at the camp ground was very friendly

Communication was great. If I could give 6 stars for that, I would. Place was very clean, instructions for check in and out were easy to follow. Very nice firepit. Access to a pond and swiming pool. Nice deck on front and back. The description needs some updating. The only thing I would see as a downside would be the small kitchens ( but there are 2 of them and they are well stocked ). Internet is provided by the campground, and on a Friday night, it was too slow to download or stream anything, but cell signal was very good, so that helped.

This was a perfect place for our very large family. The host was very quick to communicate and that was much appreciated.Kids loved having the heated pool right across the street and I loved that it was secured with a fence and a code required to get in. We visited the beach that was right down the road and also Marmon Valley Farms that was about 20 minutes away. The kids could hold kitties and rabbits and feed horses and play on their playground. Pony and horse rides are also available at certain times. We Also appreciated that there were beach towels available as some of our people forgot theirs. We would definitely return. If you’re planning on doing your own cooking or baking, make sure to take all of the necessary spices and ingredients and bring coffee grounds ir k cups! They also provided an initial startup of toilet paper and paper towels, and garbage bags, but bring more from home.

It took us some time to check in because the owner forgot to send the code. That night we had problems with the shower drains and flushing the toilets. We could not use the water the next morning. Contacted the owners, they took a while to respond but by noon the problem was fixed . We asked for a discount due to the plumbing problem, owners never responded.
