This is a nice property with plenty of potential. However if you’re looking for more than the pure basics you’ll be disappointed. For instance: no seating in L/R beyond sofa, no night stands or lamps in bedrooms; lacks fully equipped kitchen and several of items there need replacing & in need of painting in several areas. Also, Owner slow in resolving issues. After advising on first days of a 16 day stay that dryer was broken & dishwasher not secured they finally got them repaired on day 14.
