Nestled on a half-acre lot with gardens and one of the largest red oaks in the state, this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home is perfect for families relocating, attending tournaments, or simply enjoying a restful getaway.
Inside, you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms—one with blackout shades and a ceiling fan, and the other with a private half bath and workspace. A third bedroom features a cozy twin bed. The full bathroom includes a washer/dryer, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and quality cookware.
Relax on the shaded front porch or enjoy a meal on the back patio surrounded by greenery. High-speed Wi-Fi and a 55” smart TV make work or downtime easy. A short walk leads to the scenic Townsend Trail by Lake Townsend, and you’re just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and I-840.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. It has a huge yard with amazing trees. It is close to freeways and shopping on a quiet street. Host Anita was very accommodating and provided an inventory and location of all the things one could need to feel at home. The beds are comfortable and have lovely linens.

The house was well appointed with the little things to make the stay comfortable. My kids were delighted by small things like new coloring pages left for use and cards. It was a wonderful quiet location that allowed quiet moments enjoying the large back yard.

Every Year the Lake Townsend Yacht Club puts on the Mayor's Cup Regatta. This year two sailors stayed at the house. What a charming house! Clean, Well-stocked, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great stay for me and 2 others for a long week of work. Was great to come back to a quiet and clean space. Everything was provided for us and communication with the owner was easy and very friendly!
