Come enjoy this beautiful riverside retreat! The house sits directly on the San Marcos River with your own private access to the water. There are large windows throughout the home that maximize the river views and there is also a wrap around porch to take in the beautiful natural surroundings.

*Please note, you must go through one of the bedrooms to access the master bedroom from inside. However, the master bedroom has its own exterior door that can be used instead.

We had a wonderful family week here with ten people, playing games, grilling, and sitting on the deck and by the fire pit! We will come again! Perfect place to get away and relax overlooking the river.

The rental was amazing the owner is super accommodating and helpful house was a little small but big bedrooms and very comfortable beds and spent most of our time outside very quiet also almost no traffic on the river so you pretty much and the river to yourself the was one shuttle spot Les then 10 min from the house but kinda expensive but other then that no complaints we will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing get-a-way for my 50th Birthday. It was just what we needed to be able to get together and spend time with family. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts we will be back again.
