Close to sailing, windsurfing, and more, this pet-friendly villa brings it all within reach. With convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 31-minute drive to Deauville Beach or the 10-minute drive to Hippodrome Cabourg.

Great House with a Few Drawbacks.The house is very spacious and well equipped - everything you need is available. The pool ist fantastic and was definitely a highlight. The location is also good: Caen is relatively close, and the beach in Cabourg is easy to reach and highly recommended. However, there are a few things that could be improved: Mosquito nets are highly recommended - during our stay there was a REAL mosquito problem, and we all got badly bitten. Some rooms could use a bit of an updating, and there are a few minor issus with the property (see photos). We also had to order bed linen separately, even though it should have been included in the price according to the description we thought. Overall: A lovely house with a few flaws - but perfectly fine for families with children and teenagers.
