The cottage is very comfortable and quiet - perfect for 2 people who want to get away from tourist spots but still close enough to visit. Harrison was very helpful and responsive.
Village pub is easily walkable and very friendly and welcoming

The cottage was everything we hoped for: a lovely place, in a gorgeous, quiet setting, perfectly located for visiting the area. This is only the tiniest of quibbles, but it could do with a more thorough welcome note, spelling out what to do about tedious but essential things like the bins and so on. But it was easily figured out with a couple of messages to Harrison, so all good. (And this really is nit-picking, but someone needs to sort out the booklets and magazines in the drawer under the TV on local attractions - it's 2025 and we found some from 2019!) But, honestly, we don't want to be those pernickety people - and we thoroughly recommend.
