Wir waren schon das 2.Mal in dieser Fewo über den Jahreswechsel. Die Fewo hat uns wieder gut gefallen, vor allem ist es sehr praktisch gleich von der Tiefgarage aus mit dem Fahrstuhl bis zur Fewo zu fahren. Diesmal konnten wir auch das Hallenbad und die Sauna in der Anlage nutzen (voriges Jahr wg. Corona nicht möglich), welche in einem sehr guten Zustand sind und die Öffnungszeiten sehr großzügig sind. Im Sommer ist die Fewo bestimmt laut, da sie direkt am Kreisverkehr liegt und in unmittelbar Nähe einige Restaurants sich befinden. Jedoch sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand, nur über die Straße erreichbar. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr, sehr eng!! Ansonsten gefällt uns die Ferienwohnung sehr gut.

Schöne saubere Wohnung die gut für drei Personen ist. Leider kein WLAN und der Wasserdruck hat sehr geschwankt. Würde das Apartment wieder buchen.

sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr zentral. Allerdings doch bei geöffneten Fenstern etwas lauter, da sich unterhalb mehrere Gaststätten befinden. Es war oft nach 22.00 Uhr noch sehr laut.Nicht geeignet für Ruhesuchende.
