About this apartment rental
Our comfortably furnished apartment on the ground floor is located in a house with 16 apartments. With approximately 64m ² living space it has a large living room with solid wood furniture, dining area in the bright bay window and new, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both equipped with comfortable mattresses and adjustable slatted frames), bathroom / WC, large south-facing terrace with beach chairs, patio furniture and sun loungers. A large sunshade protects from the sun. The windows have outside blinds. Many extras, z. B. Coffee pod machine z. For example, for a delicious Cafe Crema (in addition to the conventional coffee machine), hair dryer, DVD player, LCD TV, games, books and DVDs for the whole family. Pets are not allowed in the NR apartment. In the whole apartment are allergy-suitable floor coverings, ie. Designflooring, laminate or tile. Free parking in the underground garage, W-LAN for multiple devices free of charge. Bus stop at 50m. The linen packages are included from 7 nights in the price for 2 people - for our baby travel bed, the laundry is required.
