The 3-room apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the house and runs over two levels. Through the front door you enter a spacious hallway with a spiral staircase. From the hall you can reach one of the bedrooms, the shower room and the kitchen with a large north-east balcony. In summer you can see lush greenery, in the cooler seasons you can see the rushing waves of the sea. All rooms of the apartment impress with their new and high-quality furnishings. A complete kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer is integrated in the kitchen. In addition, the modern living area as well as a comfortable couch and armchair, the flat screen TV and a radio with CD and MP3 function (USB and SD card slot) are accommodated in the open living room. The bedroom in the lower area of the apartment has a large double bed and a wardrobe. In the existing shower room, which is functionally furnished, there is a washing machine. The spiral staircase leads to the upper part of the apartment. The stairs end in half a room in which the double sofa bed is located. Two people can find a quiet place to sleep here. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and offers a lot of space to play. Through the window you have a fantastic view of the lake. So that your large suitcases can find their way into the apartment, there is a separate access from the stairwell to the upper bedrooms. You can park your car in the carport.
