Gute Lage, nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand und zur Promenade. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ein Parkplatz ist für jede Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
Die vorhandenen Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Im Bad könnten mehr Ablageflächen sein. Das Internet könnte schneller und stabiler sein.

Die Abzughaube auf dem Dach gegenüber war ziemlich laut und verbreitete Essensgerüche je nach Wind auf unseren Balkon.
