This large and spacious apartment is located just 100 meters from the center of Levanto and its beautiful beaches. Levanto, a splendid seaside town at the gates of the Cinque Terre, is part of the Baie del Levante, where you can take long walks immersed in the greenery through its vast network of paths. The apartment is on the second floor with a lift. Independent heating. Interior 2nd floor: eat-in kitchen with balcony (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer), bathroom with shower (washing machine), large double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, living room sofa bed. Livable balcony accessible from the living room and the bedroom with single beds.

Levanto, a town of pre-Roman origins, lies at the northernmost tip of the charming Cinque Terre villages. The name Levanto comes from the medieval Latin levantem, east, meaning "a place east of Genoa".
The town of Levanto has an interesting old town, many beautiful painted villas, a lively Wednesday market, good restaurants and shops. In the main square, Piazza della Loggia, there is a delightful 13th-century loggia.
Levanto boasts a particularly mild climate. The long sandy beach is ideal for all beach activities. It is a great base for surfers, who come from all over Europe. Also on the beach, there is a swimming pool and a scuba diving center. In the summer there are many concerts and live music events. . The area also boasts an excellent culinary tradition, thanks to the Cinque Terre wines and local fish recipes.
Levanto is a great starting point for visiting the villages of the Cinque Terre, whether by train, by sea or by taking excursions. Genoa, Pisa, Lucca and Florence can easily be visited in a day, by train or car.
