Coastal designed beach house located only one mile from the Vanderbilt Beach! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, ideal for large family! Fully supplied kitchen including Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines! The living room opens out to the under roof covered lanai and beyond to the fully screened pool! The house provides beach chairs, beach towels and 4 bicycles. Take a bike ride down to Vanderbilt Beach and enjoy your precious time with your family! Beach, upscale shopping, Mercato, restaurants all within 5 min drive!

What a fantastic rental! The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. We had access to beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and bikes. The location was perfect, so close to the beach, and the pool was wonderful as well! The owner was very accommodating. We would definitely rent here again!

Home was very clean and a nice walk to the beach. The bicycles were very handy! Really enjoyed the enclosed pool. Kitchen and laundry were well stocked with modern appliances. Host was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Loved the property and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.
