About this apartment rental
Frequently watch the dolphins play with your morning coffee or favorite beverage, from your private balcony in #1307 on the penthouse level 1 of Royal Palms. Or, just enjoy beautiful breath taking views of the fall and winter sunrise/sunsets over the Gulf of America. Or gaze at the evening stars above the gulf! Royal Palms is somewhat secluded, adjacent to Gulf State Park, an undeveloped three mile beach. Yet it is still conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are also within a few miles.
There is the outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool and hot tub, and a steam and dry sauna, as well as a fitness room. A grilling/BBQ area with a picnic table and benches is perfect when you want to eat in. The sparkling white beach is within footsteps of the building, which the private balcony overhangs. There is a wash station on the boardwalk from the beach to clear the sand from you and your belongings.
The unit has been recently painted and updated with new cabinets, counters and fixtures in the kitchen and both baths. There is new furniture and king size mattress (2026) in the bedroom. It has spacious extra high ceilings (only available in select units on this P-1 level of the building, which is the 2nd floor from the top of the building), King size bedroom with a private bathroom, 2nd bathroom in hall, alcove bunk beds (great for kids! Not for adults; weight and height limits), and a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living area (also great for kids). The dining and living area contain a flat screen Smart TV along with Cable, and a flat screen TV is also located in the bedroom. WiFi Internet service, a washer & dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals when you are not in the mood to visit the nearby restaurants are other features.
It has already created lasting memories for many (see guest comments section). An exciting and/or relaxing vacation getaway!!!

Perfect rental for a couple! Easy access to building, great parking (under covered area if you hit at the right time). Condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen area. Comfortable bed, loved having 2 bathrooms. Views from P1 floor were fantastic. No loud neighbors. Communication with owner was great/fast response to questions/updates. Beach was clean, uncrowded. Next to state park so not crazy busy/ beach service very accommodating. Would definitely book this condo again when we come back to Gulf Shores.

Professional, timely and overall great property. 2 adults and no children on our stay. View is great, clean, well equipped and beach great. We did not use pools or hot tub. Highly recommend. Communication was superb!
