CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
During your visit, you may notice some construction activity as we begin an enhancement of our pool deck, a multi-year investment in new pools, water features, and family experiences for the resort. We have worked hard to minimize the impact on your stay, and the hospitality we are known for remains in place throughout.
The main Bow Tie Pool, Arkadia Pool, 5th Fl Sorrento owner’s pool & 7th Fl Tresor owner’s pool will remain open.
While a few pool areas and cabanas are being reconfigured, we have expanded our beach footprint with additional games, lounge seating, kids’ activities, volleyball, and spike ball, along with more chairs. Our dining venues remain open, with hours adjusted where needed to make sure you are well taken care of.
BOOKING POLICIES
Cancellations or requests for date changes made less than 60 days are not eligible for any refund, travel credits or date change. There are no exceptions.
Please familiarize yourself with your own state/countries policy for travel and post travel quarantine.
Due to our discounted booking rates we cannot offer flexibility in reservations.
Housekeeping service is for cleaning upon departure. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please feel free to contact me to discuss and arrange, as this service is available for an additional fee.

We booked this apartment because the advertisement explicitly stated "newly renovated appartment at Fontainebleau hotel." This was the main reason we booked, and the photos looked promising. However, we were extremely disappointed to find an apartment that was anything but "newly renovated." We encountered the following issues:General Disrepair: Cabinet doors were nearly falling off their hinges, and there were holes in several places in the walls.Noise Pollution: The air conditioning unit in the living room made a deafening noise. Furthermore, relaxing on the balcony was impossible due to a constant, loud noise coming from the pool machinery located directly below.Furniture & Balcony: The chair in the living room fell apart, and the table on the balcony collapsed immediately. Additionally, the paint on the balcony was peeling off entirely.Amenities: The kitchen was poorly equipped, with almost no cutlery or basic kitchenware available.Considering the substantial price we paid, we feel completely misled. I noticed that they have updated the advertisement text to "Sorrento" instead of "newly renovated," which suggests that we are not the only guests who have raised these concerns.It is worth noting that the Fontainebleau complex itself is beautiful and met all expectations; however, the state of the apartment was bad and not what we expected.
