About this apartment rental
Our holiday home was built around 1640. It was built exclusively of natural materials such as field stones, clay, wood and straw. With its millennia-old history, clay is one of the oldest and best building materials and now again modern. Because clay ensures a healthy climate in the house. Clay picks up water and releases it again. Add to this his ability to store a lot of heat: In winter, our house is warm and in summer, there is a pleasantly cool climate. The building was formerly used as a home for day laborers, individual farmers and farm workers. The holiday property is a semi-detached house consisting of 2 separate fully equipped units - the house Erika and the house Katharina. Each apartment has a plot of 1000 m². There are outdoor seating, sunbathing areas, table tennis and barbecue on it. Ample space for games and recreation is available. On request and subject to availability, a boat can be arranged for day trips on the Müritz. Guided fishing trips on the Müritz incl. Boat available.
