The lease accompanies the hiring of the fixed maid of the house for the additional amount of R $ 140 / day, maximum 5 days a week, which must be paid directly to the employee.

The house is great and the host and concierge were very accommodating. What was not to our liking was the fact that the house does not come with linens nor towels. The host was gracious enough to let us have a set he stores ion the house. Another not plus is that we were obligated to use their cook/maid during the stay. We did not need her but had to pay for her.

This is the best property to rent. We were so close to the beach and the staff are so friendly and helpful!! The beach was amazing and the playground for the little ones was awesome! The location is great you are walking distance to great restaurants! The house came with a housekeeper who was the most amazing cook and so friendly!! We will be coming back!!
