About this house rental
Charming house in gated community with 24h security for family use.
With a Premium Landscaping based on the Atlantic Forest that integrates large social area covered with barbecue, waterfall, living, dining room; composing various cozy environments including solarium and shower.
All furniture is new, including beds, mattresses, pillows and bedding, table and bath.
All rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, mosquito screens and lockers to accommodate your personal belongings. Bathrooms with hygienic shower and electric central heating.
Full kitchen and laundry area with everything you need for your day to day. It also has a ground floor suite with double bed, wardrobe, mosquito screen and ceiling fan; for the privacy of teenagers and very useful for seniors. The house has two parking spaces, and in front of the condo + 8 parking spaces.
In the house, we provide a small Guide with important information to make the most of your stay, with tips on restaurants (sorted by price, type of food and etc.), supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals and etc ....
Juquehy is a charming São Sebastião district that offers a multitude of services for your comfort, ideal for those who need a rest in the car! The house is located close enough to everything you may need without compromising your peace of mind. All within 200 meters. On weekends, starting on Thursday, all restaurants and bars are open later, with excellent food at more than affordable prices.
The beach (where where every day a 3x3m tent is set up with 8 chairs and two tables), is very quiet, with calm waves and a long and gentle slope, ideal for children and old people. If you get in a little more, the waves get a little higher, fun guaranteed for 'alligators', morey boggie boards, stand up and beginner sufists. In summer, the water temperature can reach 28ºC, guaranteed beach until 21hs! Not to mention the quality of the beach, sand and water always clean and fit for use.
For those who will stay longer, Juquehy is an important foothold for exploring the region. Boracéia, Barra do Una, Barra do Sahy, Whale, Cambury, Camburizinho, Boissucanga, Maresias and even Ilha Bela (approx. 70km) are among the beautiful beaches that can be explored in the region.

This was wonderful home that fit our family's needs perfectly! My husband and I, along with our adult children and a couple friends stayed here. The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths gave us plenty of room to spread out. We loved the outdoor space to eat and relax. The beautiful pool and beach were just steps away. Fabio and his staff as well as Carla, the housekeeper were very helpful
We are Americans so there was quite a language barrier but they all were very accommodating and patient with us using Google translate to help us. Thank you for perfect week in Juquehy Beach!

Condomínio
A casa fica localizada em um condomínio excelente, muito bem localizado e cuidado, com funcionários educadíssimos, salão de jogos, piscina, sauna, fornecimento de equipamentos desportivos e serviço de praia.
Casa e hospedagem
A casa tem dois andares. 3 quartos ficam no andar de cima e 1 no andar de baixo.
A cozinha é bem equipada (não sentimos falta de nenhum utensílio, mesmo cozinhando todos os dias) e com filtro de água tecnológico.
Wilson, o dono da casa que nos atendeu antes e durante a hospedagem, foi sempre muito solícito, respondendo às mensagens muito rapidamente, dando dicas, oferecendo Prosecco de boas vindas e um guia básico da casa.
A limpeza e a arrumação são ótimas e a funcionária destacada, Carla, também muito educada e solícita.
Dois pontos que merecem ser observados:
1. A casa fica de frente a um bar. Durante a alta temporada a música rola até 00h30 e depois ficamos com o barulho de motos e jovens gritando.
2. Um dos quartos (o do andar inferior) é pouco arejado e não tem ar condicionado, o que dificultou muito as noites de sono de quem nele ficou.
O saldo, ao final, é amplamente positivo. Recomendamos com veemência a estadia nesse belo paraíso de veraneio.

Fomos para um feriado em família. O proprietário Sr Wilson super solicito e atencioso em todos os nossos contatos e tratativas. A funcionária que ele nos indicou foi muito prestativa também. A casa é muito boa e confortável. Melhor localização impossível. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Funcionários do condomínio super atenciosos e gentis. Voltaremos com certeza.
