About this house rental

Our house is located in the heart of Juquehy, just 150 meters from the beach and the shopping center on Avenida Mãe Bernarda. From here, you can do practically everything on foot: walk to the beach, enjoy the exclusive beach service, choose from excellent restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies and shops, without needing to take the car out of the garage.
Designed for families and groups of friends, the house combines comfort, privacy, and a prime location so that your only concern is enjoying every moment of your vacation.
There are 4 air-conditioned suites, spacious, bright and integrated environments, designed to comfortably and privately accommodate up to 10 guests.
The living and TV rooms are integrated, creating a welcoming environment for family gatherings after a day at the beach. The house features high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, cable TV, and access to major streaming services.
Swimming pool and leisure
After a day at the beach, there's nothing better than relaxing in the private pool or gathering the family for a barbecue.
The private pool has an optional heating system (service available for an additional fee) and is surrounded by a garden, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, creating a perfect environment to relax at any time of year.
Next to the pool is the complete gourmet area, equipped with a barbecue, beer cooler, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals and enjoy special moments with family and friends.

The kitchen has been equipped to make you feel at home, whether preparing a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach or a special dinner at the end of the day.
