A facilidade para ir a praia e voltar. Os manuais com dicas muito úteis dentro da casa e o ambiente como um todo estava impecável.
Nao tive problemas com a casa, fui super bem atendido.

Localização excelente e a Isabela super atenciosa. A TV não estava funcionando e ela logo resolveu o problema todo. O jardim é uma delícia para as crianças brincarem e fazer uma yoga. A casa tem tudo que vc precisa. Rede. Mesas, cozinha equipada. Quartos gostosos.
A gente nunca gosta de levar toalha, lençol e tapetes. Mas decidimos levar por que não estava incluso no valor. Teria que pagar a parte. Mas eu achei que estava incluso. Mas ela avisou antes e nos planejamos para levar

Localização da casa é espetacular
Apenas melhorar os ventiladores da área externa e da sala , porém as instalações são ótimas

Localização.
Não ter roupas de cama e banho inclusas no valor. Depósito caução de 700 feito com antecedência e em dinheiro na conta da proprietária. Uma câmera de segurança que fica filmando o jardim e parte da sala. E os banheiros são bem antigos.
