House in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, surrounded by nature, fauna, flora, spring water and tranquility, 1km from Maresias beach, close to markets, bakeries and restaurants, pizzerias, delivery services and nightclubs.

The pool is supplied with water from this spring, as are the water tanks. The interior of the house is cool and spacious, simple but cozy.
The house has access to the entire property, which features abundant local vegetation, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a stream running along the river. Trees over 500 years old (according to environmentalists) can be seen within the property.
