- Bedrooms 2 and 3: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed in both
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and 2 suspended single beds
- Bathrooms (3): high-pressure electric shower and frameless glass enclosure
- Kitchen: equipped with new premium line appliances (stainless steel) - including water filter and Nespresso coffee maker
- Laundry room: washer dryer machine and iron
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Two-storey townhouse, accessed by stairs with no lift
- 110 V sockets, with 1 socket of 220 V on the washer dryer machine
- Small pets that do not shed inside the house, subject to consultation. Pet fee of R$80.00 (day/pet). Pets cannot circulate on the condominium grounds or on the beach: for walks, use the main street, under penalty of a fine for breach of the condominium rules
- Internal security alarm
- We would like to point out that the stay is for the number of people stated at the time of booking. Any difference in the number of guests and/or visitors may incur an extra cost and must always be reported to the property manager before check-in
