Great location for a stopover. Small lounge area inside room was a bonus. Lockers to leave luggage if arriving early were a bonus too

Great location a couple of minutes walk from the station. Free cakes in the afternoon. Good breakfast. Choice of burger from adjoining Wendy's which seemed odd but in fact turned out well as choice included burgers with egg and bacon so if you get it without the patty it's a bacon and egg roll. You then go into main buffet part with good choice of cereal, fruit, pastries and cooked dishes.

The pillows were lumpy. Solved by using only one and flattening it out!

The location is brilliant, only a short 5 minute walk from Nagano station, with shops across the road and restaurants nearby. There's also a nearby Donki. The beds were comfy and they had a wider selection of TV channels. You check in with a computer, which the staff were helpful with. On the first floor there's welcome doughnuts and amenities, including shower caps, extra pillows and nightgowns.

We booked a twin room, which we felt was a bit small with 2 large suitcases. The bathroom was also a bit small, but otherwise clean.
