We have been vacationing in PCB for years now. This is the most beautiful, well stocked, and has the best upgrades of any other condo we've stayed! I have saved this one to my favorites so we can hopefully stay here again.

First the good: easy check-in, plenty of parking, great view, nice location. Also being low enough to use the stairs and not have to wait for elevator on weekend, yet high enough for good view. Now the not-so-good: needs a good deep cleaning, holes in walls need patched, needs a fresh coat of paint, laundry area very dirty, towel bars barely attached to walls (and tp holders). During the off-season if they just freshen-up the place (nothing seems expensive to fix/update), we would return and it'd be a great rental.
