Our condo was exactly as advertised. It is beachfront with the most amazing ocean views, including that beautiful sunset! The living space is perfect for a family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living room, oceanfront balconi, and full kitchen were exactly what we needed to fully enjoy our Spring Break in PCB. The check-in process could not have been easier. Communicating with Kim's Condos was a breeze. Thank you for listing this amazing getaway!! We'll be back!

The silverware and plates had grime on them. We did not want to use anything in the kitchen. The fridge had a broken piece so we could not put many drinks in the door. There were dirty clothes left in the dressers when we arrived. In the coral room, there were only lamps ( no overhead lights) that didn’t have switches and the only plug in was behind the bed, needless to say we never had light in that room except for the light that came through the balcony door because the blinds were broken and would not go down. Pulling the bed back to plug in the phone charger showed a lot of dust, hair and left over food. Furniture in the bedrooms need to be upgraded with decent light and need to hire a better cleaning crew. Also the bar that is pictured with the condo is actually at the 3rd building not the bottom of the listed condo with the pool that is advertised
