We were very impressed with all the amenities. Even during the heat wave, we were comfortable. My only issue would be for first time folks - learn to use the transit system. It really works great if you solve it. Get an oyster card (maybe even a visitor one) prior. Groceries easily available. The unit itself was impeccably clean and we loved it. Thanks for a great stay for first timers.

A bit deceptive not to see the photos of the exact flat we were renting. Good location on a metropolitan line that bring us to the main districts of London. The exchanges with the owner were perfect (very good reactivity). Very nice and practical bathroom.

There was miscommunication on the checkin time (messages said one thing, listing had another, and then they said we could go early but the cleaner was just starting when we arrived), but that was minor. The main issue is the musty / mildew smell in the bathroom and the bedroom. Air drying clothes (which was not a problem at any of the other locations we traveled to) led to an old rag smell. The microwave was rusting and peeling on the inside. As other reviews note, there were limited kitchen amenities. The location is not bad, but the train station has large stairs and no lift, which is difficult for any accessibility issues (like luggage and strollers). The bed and pull out sofa were comfortable and the air conditioning unit was nice and cool (as long as the exhaust didn't come loose) during a surprisingly warm week we visited.
