Warm, clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities too. Even though on the main road, was very quiet.
A bit too warm for us, couldn’t seem to change the thermostat. Couldn’t seem to get hot water in the shower more tepid but it didn’t bother us too much.

Electric car charging point with free parking outside of property, close to buses/underground and high street full of shops
Comfortable beds and modern decor
Needs a lot of touching up, chairs all torn/worn, toilet seat top didn’t stay up, dust behind tv, door handle into wall on back bedroom due to not having a stopper on the floor, temperature control didn’t work even when I turned it down at night so was too hot, advertised as having tumble dryer and dishwasher but only had washing machine

location was good, Bus stop was a minute away and train stations were close too. Place was clean and comfortable
Towel rails in the bathroom would be great.

The patio door from the bedroom would not lock. It was reported when we first got there, but nothing was done about it. An update would have been appreciated. I had to somehow tie the door handle to make it more difficult to open. Our valuables were stored in our van as this was safer and we did not feel safe and secure at night. Get the lock sorted and the review score would be a lot higher as it is a good space for a few days away.
