About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat for rent, situated on the right bank of Vannes harbour, just a stone’s throw from the historic centre of the medieval town. You’ll be instantly charmed by the location, character and charm of the place. With a floor area of 88 m², it comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Discover the magic of Vannes and let yourself be swept away by its authentic charm for a unique experience in the heart of Brittany!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A large, light-filled 30 m² living room, with a sofa, TV, armchair and a dining area, all tastefully decorated
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped and furnished: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160x200)
- A second bedroom with a modular pull-out sofa bed: on request, it can be configured as a double bed, a single bed or two single beds. For your comfort, it is fitted with proper mattresses for a more comfortable night’s sleep.
- A lovely bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double washbasins
- 1 separate toilet
- A lovely terrace and a small balcony
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a cot, a fan, an iron and an ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely 16 m² terrace with views over Vannes harbour, complete with outdoor furniture
- A small west-facing balcony, accessible from the second bedroom with the sofa bed.
The flat is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential amenities as well as shops, restaurants and bars.
Activities:
- Fitness trail on the Promenade de la Rabine.
- Located 600 m from the Porte Saint Vincent, the historic quarter, its pedestrianised streets and markets.
- Tourist Office 5 minutes away.
- Access to the Rhuys peninsula: beaches, coastal paths, Suscinio Castle, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the secure outdoor car park next to the flat, in a private space.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes station (10 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique (1 hour 20 minutes by car)
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation

This is a beautiful apartment in a very modern and well-located building. The view from the front windows is great - sailboats, the canoe and kayak club, a greenway with joggers, walkers, etc. And it is only a short walk to the old city. There is a very good Carrefours city and a terrific bakery within a block and a half as well. The apartment itself was well stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Les Terrasses Marines We loved the apartment - it was bright and airy and had lots of amenities and personal touches. We loved the location and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boat traffic on the canal. it was an easy 500m walk into town on the walking path along the canal. It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely home and we hope to return to Vannes again one day and stay here again!

Les Terrasses Marines Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for a fantastic week in Vannes. This apartment was better than our own home! The apartment staff were really helpful and friendly. Vannes is a great place for a holiday - buses and ferries go everywhere, and the town of Vannes is also really interesting.

Les Terrasses Marines The appartment was in a fantastic position, a short walk into the center of Vannes. It was very close to bars and resturants, but far enough away to not be disturbed by them. There is a newly opened supermarket about 100yds away, very handy. The appartment was very spacious, with lots of light streaming in. It was very clean and extremely well equipped. It also had parking which proved very convenient. Alain the host was very, very welcoming, he met us and showed us around the appartment, explaining things we needed to know. Overall the appartment is excellent, with beautiful views from the huge balcony of the port. I would definitely recommend a stay in this appartment!!
