Cocoonr offers you this charming flat for rent, located on the right bank of the port of Vannes, just 2 minutes from the historic centre of the medieval town. You'll immediately fall in love with the location, character and charm of the place. With a surface area of 88 m², you can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. The accommodation comprises
- A large, bright 30 m² living room, with sofa, TV, armchair and dining area, all tastefully decorated.
- An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and furnished: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- A second bedroom with a sofa bed: 2 pull-out beds (70x70) convertible into a double bed
- A beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower and double washbasins
- 1 separate WC
- A beautiful terrace and a small balcony
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 16 m² terrace overlooking the port of Vannes, with outdoor furniture.
- A small balcony on the west side, accessible from the second bedroom with sofa bed.
The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essentials, as well as shops, restaurants and bars.
Activities :
- Fitness trail on the Rabine promenade.
- Located 600 m from the Porte Saint Vincent, the historic quarter, its pedestrian streets and markets.
- Tourist office 5 minutes away.
- Access to the Rhuys peninsula: beaches, coastal paths, Château de Suscinio, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's secure outdoor car park, in a private space.
