About this villa rental
Detached house for a quiet and relaxing holiday, super panorama.
The apartment is structured as follows:
Kitchen: with 5 burner hob, double sink, worktop, drawers and shelves. Oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, American coffee, kettle.
Living room: with solid wood table, fireplace with benches, sofa, satellite TV (Astra and Hotbird) with slot for prepaid cards or subscriptions. Free Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine.
Fireplace to warm up your evenings with atmosphere.
Autonomous heating. Hourly rate price (hour meter)
Room with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together. + BABY BED or cot bed. Possible 2 children in baby bed (6 occupants). Rooms with lake view.
Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower.
Garden on two levels: 70 square meters, table, deck chairs and chairs for sternum + charcoal BBQ and additional wooden table (6 places) under a grape pergola, surrounded by a park with 70 olive trees, where you can eat in peace, enjoying the super magnificent scene.
Parking space in the square of the house closed by a gate and railings.

We recommend a visit to the small nearby villages, Gravedona with its churches, Gera Lario with its port, Colico with the remains of the Fuentes castle and the Montecchio castle, Dongo where Mussolini was arrested and the small mountain villages where to savor the atmospheres of once.
Dream stay also for lovers of good food: the many typical restaurants and trattorias offer Lake Como dishes based on lake fish, local products, cooked with traditional recipes and accompanied by local wines or the nearby Valtellina.
A short distance away we find Menaggio, Tremezzo, Bellagio, recommended to visit it by boat, starting from the Domaso pier.
