Great stay after the smaller problems were fixed

Beautiful view, Big apartment with a good terrace and access to pool

Kitchen equipment was bad (no Sharp knife, Electric kettle for water or bigger chopping board). Some of the pans was not compatible with induction. There was a bad smell in the apartment and the kitchen was not clean, to the owners defense it was cleaned immidiately, but the smell lasted for days, so we had to bye aircleaner and ventilate well.

the view was amazing good size apartment and kitchen there is a lift to get to the rooms and pool lady on check in was friendly

the facilities were not explained just realized now that there was a sauna and a wellness area washing machine available in garage only it’s not in the town you need a car to get to this property as it’s on a hill aircon not really working we went in September and it was still very warm in the apartment wouldn’t recommend for hot summer months

pleasant place beautiful setting stunning view of the lake

beautiful setting overlooking lake como but you will need a car ,it’s approx 2.5 mile mile up a very steep hill,walking down into Daomasp Domaso is fine , but it’s a real challenge coming ba coming back , and i love hill walking

the property has no AC and it gets very hot hot and clammy at night , there was no kettle in the apartment oor kettle or toaster , inconvenience as we had s had small baby , who needed bottles and had to warm water in big pots ,

relaxing, beautiful, perfect as a vase to view the Lake Como region but be sure you are completely self sufficient

in a quiet village but only 10 minute walk down to the town. spectacular view. only a small number of apartments so almost like having a private pool

The drive up to the village and the driveway to the apartment (yikes), not for nervous drivers. staff made no attempt to recommend trips or even to guide us to the little village just 500 metres away

The cost's in Switzerland are very expensive, I think was ok for the price. Good location and staff

Breakfast was ok. Location a short walk to the main strip. Guy on reception very helpful and let us park our motorcycles under the canopy to the front of the hotel.

A very nice apartment close to the lake, well equipped, very good starting place for trips around the area. Friendly management, shops, bars, restaurants available in the vincinity.

Squeaky beds, no salt, pepper, oil, dishwasher tablets or soap in the kitchen. Parking access is interesting, people have to use their heads to get in and out the first time... :-)

Cheep for what you get

The view, kitchen, terrace, private parking spot and swimmingpool were all super good.

The shower didn't get warm and the sleeping coach was super bad.

Terrible, dirty and very rude staff.

Sorry nothing :(

The apartment was nothing as we expected. The furniture were old and dirty, the kitchen was very dirty and old. There were insect on the walls next to the bedroom. This was nothing like the pictures showed. Already the first night we called the receptions and asked to be moved to another apartment but the staff was very rude and said no. Told me to relax and that there was nothing wrong. The electricity did not work and we had to wait in the dark for some hours until we could contact the reception. We had to stay for one night but left already the next morning. We told the reception that we were leaving and again they were very rude and hung up on me before telling me there was nothing wrong. We had booked the apartment for 13 nights and the family was very excited to spend the summer holiday at Lake Como. My children still talk about the hotel with the insects :( I told the reception that we had left (after the first night) and if they could at least pay us back part of the money but they said no :( I have been booking hotels/apartments through www.booking.com for more than 10 years and are Genius member. I have never experienced anything like it. I took some picture to have.

Views from property were fantastic and the parking space was a bonus Very spacious but you need a car to access the location

Found broken leg on the coffee table and extra charge for the dog was a bit too much I think In the other place we went to the charge for pets was 3 times less

Aanrader!

Wij hebben hier met 5 volwassenen en 1 kind onze vakantie gevierd in juli. We hebben het echt super naar ons zin gehad! Het appartement was heerlijk ruim en goed schoon. Het terras buiten was top want je kunt je geen mooier uitzicht krijgen op deze locatie, echt prachtig. De hostess Candida is ook echt een schat van een vrouw! Ze hielp ons altijd wanneer nodig en kwam soms een praatje maken. Ze was ook erg leuk naar mijn zoontje toe! Lieve Candida we hebben erg genoten en wie weet tot een volgende keer! Ook een dikke knuffel van Bodi.

Fijn verblijf gehad aan het Comomeer

Appartement met fantastisch uitzicht over het Comomeer. Oude Italiaanse stijl van het appartement was wat donker maar gaf wel een goede vakantiesfeer. Het appartement was schoon, douche wat verouderd maar functioneerde allemaal goed. Host was vriendelijk, sprak weinig Engels maar met handen en voeten en een vriendelijke glimlach kom je er wel uit.

Bedden waren schoon en netjes maar matrassen wel wat doorgelegen. Oprit richting het appartement was erg stijl en tegenliggers passeren is onmogelijk, maar eenmaal boven wel fantastisch uitzicht en voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Siamo felici di aver passato il weekend in questa struttura e magari più avanti fare un soggiorno più lungo.

Io e il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo trascorso una notte in questa splendida struttura e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La casa è molto spaziosa, con un soggiorno grande e una cucina ben attrezzata che ci ha permesso di preparare i nostri pasti senza problemi. Ci sono anche due bagni puliti e due camere molto ampie, perfette per il numero di persone che eravamo. La piscina era impeccabile, pulita e perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. La vista dalla casa è stupenda, che rende l'ambiente ancora più speciale. Un altro punto forte è stata la padrona di casa: estremamente gentile ed educata. Non solo ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il check-in in anticipo, nonostante il largo anticipo, ma è stata anche molto disponibile, offrendoci il passaggio in macchina fino al supermercato, dato che il era piuttosto lontano facendola a piedi. Ci ha anche permesso di stare tutti insieme per la serata nonostante avessimo prenotato due appartamenti separati su cui dormire. Per non parlare del BBQ, che ci ha permesso di fare una grigliata, accompagnata dalla vista che si vedeva davanti al lago. È stato davvero un momento speciale. In sintesi, un soggiorno che consiglierei senza esitazione. Un'accoglienza impeccabile e una struttura che offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante.

Se devo essere sincera non c’è niente che non mi sia piaciuto perché è stato un weekend perfetto, senza problemi, magari non ci aspettavamo di camminare un bel po ma ne è valsa la pena, grazie alla vista che c’era.

Wspaniały, komfortowy apartament z niezapomnianym widokiem

Wspaniały, cudowny widok z okien, balkonu. Duże przestronne pokoje, wspaniały dom, w pełni wyposażony, dostępny parking. Bardzo miła obsługa, właścicielka bardzo pomocna, chętna do pomocy i rozwiązywania wszelkich problemów. Ze względu na położenie ( wysoko w górach) polecam posiadanie samochodu.

Appartamento con bella vista, ma i servizi e la pulizia sono completamente da rivedere.

La struttura ha una bellissima vista sul lago e un ampio terrazzo. I letti sono comodi.

Per arrivare in struttura c’è una salita ripidissima che potrebbe anche essere rischiosa con la macchina. Per quanto riguarda il nostro appartamento abbiamo trovato il pavimento in pessime condizioni, completamente ricoperto dai peli del cane di coloro che hanno soggiornato prima di noi. Nel terrazzo abbiamo anche trovato un alveare. Non ci sono i condizionatori e non viene fornito neppure il ventilatore per cui in estate fa veramente caldo, abbiamo dovuto lasciare le finestre aperte ma non ci sono le zanzariere quindi entravano vespe e altri insetti. L’asciugacapelli ci è stato dato solo dopo aver chiamato per richiederlo. Mancavano i prodotti da bagno, c’era solo il sapone per le mani. Le camere non sono per niente private, le finestre danno sul corridoio esterno dove passano gli estranei (perfino la finestra del bagno). Viene richiesto di smaltire personalmente i rifiuti, ma non vengono neppure fornite le buste. L’acqua della piscina non sembrava molto pulita. Infine, in generale, la struttura non è per niente agevole se avete passeggini o sedie a rotelle: ci sono tante scale dal parcheggio all’appartamento e ci sono delle scale anche tra l’ascensore e l’ingresso della piscina. Abbiamo fatto molta fatica a spostare il passeggino e le valigie da un luogo all’altro.

Pour améliorer encore l’expérience, deux remarques : Les lits sont hors d’âges et il manque quelques équipements comme des poêles ou une bouilloire pour que le séjour soit parfait.
