About this villa rental
Avasarala stands as a distinctive luxury residence, setting itself apart from the rest. This 3-bedroom villa, nestled within the exclusive marina enclave of Puerto Calero, captivates from the moment you step through its garden gate. Its sleek exterior design and spacious two-car parking area make a lasting impression. Upon entering the remarkable living and dining area, you'll find a vast open-plan kitchen on the left that seems to stretch into infinity. To the right, the expansive living room seemingly melds with the impressive 20-meter-long pool that graces the property. A 65” IPTV-equipped television ensures access to a wide array of channels from the comforts of your home away from home.
The lengthy corridor leading to the villa's remaining spaces begins with a full bathroom boasting a lavish shower, preceding the entrance to the first of the three bedrooms. Exuding elegant décor, this bedroom offers direct access to the garden, featuring a Super King size bed, a spacious dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom adorned with a charming interior garden. Its generously-sized two-meter-long shower will tempt you to linger.
The second bedroom, equally well-appointed, also boasts independent garden access and a brilliantly lit en-suite bathroom, thanks to its own interior garden.
Towards the end of the hallway, you'll find the master bedroom, replete with a sizable dressing room, an en-suite bathroom featuring a uniquely designed shower and another enchanting interior garden, all complemented by a Super King size bed. A sliding door grants direct access to the villa's expansive terrace and its stunning pool. Sun loungers beckon for leisurely sunbathing, and adaptable terrace furniture sets the stage for memorable evenings amidst Lanzarote's everlasting summers.
The entire villa is equipped with a contemporary centralized air conditioning system, offering individual controls in each bedroom, seamlessly integrated into the home automation system. Smart TVs grace all three bedrooms, and WiFi coverage blankets the entire property.

The high quality luxury villas and outstanding customer service provided by BuenaVilla is what keeps us returning to them for our holidays to Lanzarote. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in one of their villas and it never disappoints.
Avasarala is a beautiful villa with exceptional modern and spacious living with added luxury. It’s the added touches such as comforting bedding, plenty of towels, quality toiletries and weekly maid service that makes such an impression.
By far the clear outlier for this villa is the stunning pool; what a joy it was to be able to swim in this every day. And the location was perfect - a short and pleasant walk to the marina (with a great choice of quality restaurants) and to the nearest shops, as well as a convenient drive to Puerto Del Carmen or Playa Blanca.
This is our new favourite for Lanzarote - we loved every moment staying here and will be back.
Huge thanks to the BuenaVilla team who have always provided excellent customer service and communication.

We had another fabulous experience with the Buenavilla team in this, our second holiday at Avasarala.
The villa was immaculate on arrival and we enjoyed our welcome pack as usual. We enjoyed our time so much that we have stayed a week longer in another Buenavilla villa just a few steps away.
Thanks to all of the staff.
