The Space:

The upper level centres around a stunning open-plan living space where a beautifully appointed kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and spacious lounge flow seamlessly together. The principal suite on this level is a true retreat, featuring a king-size bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and a large dressing area with walk-in wardrobes. A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Having stayed in a few villas in Puerto Calero I can say this is a great place to stay. Fabulous villa and pool located just close enough to the marina but far enough away for when you just want to relax in peace.
The issues with lighting was resolved quickly and with minimum fuss. Also
Allowing us a late checkout really helped especially with a small baby in the party. Thanks

The ample space both upstairs and down.
Lovely Pool .
Fab Mountain views and partial Sea View from upstairs balcony.
Very comfortable beds and good sized bedrooms.
Ensure that the pool is on in advance of arrival.
Information on taxii service and local restaurants would be good.

The downstairs space in the villa is the selling point, with kitchen, lounge area, pool table and direct access out to the pool. We had a great 10 days at the villa.
Washing machine and drying area was well used, outdoor dining area on the top floor with bbq and pizza oven was a big hit.
Hot water for showers was a bit hit and miss and the only area with air conditioning is the top floor of the villa but fans available in the downstairs bedrooms and lounge area.
