Additionally, a convenient water taxi service can transport guests to the charming old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen.
**Living and Dining Spaces**
The villa features an open-plan living and dining room enhanced by a sophisticated mezzanine level. The living space is adorned with comfortable sofas and equipped with Internet TV and a CD player. We had a great holiday in this spacious, well-appointed villa. We would have given 5 stars had it not been for being charged an extra fee only 2 weeks before arriving: Our Vrbo search had been for a 4-bed villa for 6 people, and it wasn't clear that this place had in fact only 3 bedrooms plus a separately charged studio, which they didn't tell us was more money at the time of booking. Instead they assumed that we would all share rooms, even though we had searched for 4 bedrooms & they had our names, ages & genders which showed some sharing to be unlikely. This hiding of an extra charge left us with a very bad taste. Communication with the agent VillaMore wasn't brilliant, but the actual owners were very friendly & helpful.We have rated the online listing accuracy as low, because of the fee issue; also it was also unclear that there was no internal access to the Studio apartment, and there was confusion in the description about if there was a twin room (there is). The description now is corrected and the photos give a very good impression of the villa, however. Just a shame the bedroom shutters don't seem to open.The bedroom corridor is at the back which is cool. We particularly enjoyed the outside living space, which is better than at any other Lanzarote villas we have rented. This villa is in a street of similar homes (we arrived in the dark and it was hard to find, as the numbering is erratic), and it is close to the pretty harbour. Overall lovely.
