Stay in an apartment a stone's throw from the Castle in the Renaissance area of Ferrara.
The apartment is located in the central but quiet neighborhood with all the services nearby. Within walking distance you will find bars, bakeries, bakeries, restaurants, outdoor bars and a supermarket.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and is located on the second floor of a building without a lift.
In 76 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates six people.
Living area. Double sofa bed and television, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave, utensils.
Two double bedrooms.
Bathroom. Shower box, with bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
Other services available. Split air conditioning, unlimited free wifi, iron and ironing board and clothesline.
Small terrace with table and two chairs.
The street is limited traffic, nearby you can find free or paid parking. The streets Ercole de Roberti and Francesco del Cossa are in the ZTL (limited traffic zone). At the entrance to Via Ercole de Roberti there are cameras and it is not possible to enter the car without a special permit. On Biagio Rossetti, Cosmè Tura and Contrada della Rosa you can find free or paid parking spaces. The car park of Palazzo dei Diamanti is about 400 meters away and costs 2 euros a day, while that of Piazza Sacrati about 600 meters.
Upon arrival, the tourist tax of € 1.50 per night per person will be collected in cash for the first five days of stay.
All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.
Late check in:
- From 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm - Euro 25.00
- From 11.00 pm - 12.00 pm - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40,00

The flat is a great place to stay; super clean, great location (the K2 Gelato place nearby is to die for), and very spacious. A couple things: the rooftop deck is not a deck. It's a little landing that barely fits a bistro table and 2 chairs. You can't even lay out the drying rack to dry your clothes and close the door. Don't plan on relaxing with a drink or your morning coffee out there.
There was 1 hand towel in the kitchen and no napkins or paper towels. It would be more helpful to have more kitchen towels to use when cooking. Other than that, the place was great!

The apartment was roomy with comfy beds and a good shower. The location was quiet and overall we were very happy with our stay. But lighting on the narrow staircase and the entrance hall was poor. Also I got fed up with the number of times I was reminded to clean the apartment and get out by 10. It was not welcoming!
