About this apartment rental
Welcome to the cozy mountain lodge condo studio! This studio sleeps 4 and is located on the second floor just an elevator away from access to the pool and hot&tub. It is also just a 3-5 minute walk to ski lifts (Some stairs) and mountain base area where you can find coffee shops, bars and ski/bike rentals. Additionally, it is a 1 min walk to the free bus to Crested Butte downtown(5 min ride).
Great place to stay if you are looking for mountain adventures, entertainment or retreat.
The studio is split into two rooms. The main room offers a king size bed with tv. The second room is the living room area and offers a queen sofa bed (70 x 60 inches) with tv, kitchenette and dining table. There is also one full bathroom with tub in the unit. The view of the unit has a partial view to mountains but has good cover from the sun which helps keep the unit cool. The place sleeps 4 cozy and 2 comfortable.
Kitchenette comes equipped with a Keurig K-Cups coffee machine(some complimentary coffee k cups), normal coffee maker, one electric stove, microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, humidifier, fan, extra heating fan and other appliances to make your stay easier! There is no AC cooling at Grand Lodge units, only heating. For the most part of the year at CB days and nights are pretty cool.
Outside the unit on the same second floor you can find a smartphone-paid and coin operated laundry room and a shared half bathroom in the hallway. Additionally, there are vending machines available close to the lobby.
The studio is located within Grand Lodge. As a guest at Grand Lodge you will have access to your own studio suite. Additionally, you will have access to the shared pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, ski valet/storage, restaurant and lobby relax areas. Two pets welcomed per stay!
1 or 2 weeks out of April/May the Pool and Hot Tub may be closed for maintenance. Please contact me to confirm.
Other things to note:
1. Only 1 dog is allowed per room.
2. Grand Lodge can ask dog owner to leave if there is too much nuisance.
3. There is a one time $50 pet fee per stay (please include in reservation) and additional charges may incur if additional cleaning is required.
4. Dogs are not allowed at the pool, gym and hot tub areas.
5. Pillow Fee License Number: 306556
6. If you are hearing too much noise from the neighbors at night, please contact the front desk. The walls are not the best sound proof insulated.
7. Only 1 parking spot available.

Very easy to access the unit, and the accommodations were great, very clean and spacious. Everything you would need in a kitchen was provided: a comfortable bed and a great workspace. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Perfect location and easy parking. Can't wait to stay here again, wonderful owners!
