-Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Street parking is not permitted in this area.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful farmhouse in Austin and are already planning to book again! The location is fantastic, Great walkability to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The home itself was spotless, stylish, and full of charm. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

Fantastic property! Description is accurate and does not disappoint. Space was open, clean with lots of natural light. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Extra small common space upstairs with tv was great! Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to SoCo. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

Greta place for a family reunion. Location had numerous restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to almost everything in Austin. 9.5/10 would repeat.
