-No Bachelor parties. Please contact us if you are a bachelor party looking for accommodations and we will be more than happy to assist!
-Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Street parking is not permitted in this area.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Absolutely amazing rental! Gorgeous property with and very well stocked with everything you can think of. The record player and decor was a nice touch and set the vibes right. Our group of 5 best friends had plenty of space and loved the house. It was in a great, very walkable neighborhood that was safe and quiet. Couldn’t recommend this location more highly!

Excellent house. Excellent location. You can go on foot in several directions and hit great food, shops and live music. Basically, almost everything Austin has to offer is just a walk away. Also the record collection and music setup is absolutely amazing. Great house to hang with a group of people. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have been a better stay for this location. Can’t wait to get back

Wonderful stay! The home was immaculate and comfortable. We loved that each room had a full bath. It made our girls trip so easy! The house was walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The parking situation was not explained in detail. Only 2 small cars can park in the driveway. I was told additional cars could park across the street. The street parking is either permit required or pay to park. The pay to park option is only available until 6pm. After 6pm if a car is parked in the pay to park area it will be towed. We had to park 2 cars in a nearby parking garage and pay 27 per night per, per car for the parking. I wish this would have been explained in the booking info.
