It is an ideal place for tourists who want to be close to all the places of interest, and for people who work in the "Corredor Reforma".
It has a washing and drying machine inside the apartment.
One of the beds is a sleeper sofa.
Guest Access:
The department does not have common areas. The public spaces of the city are undoubtedly the best amenities in the department.
There is 24-hour security and doorman in the building
The Neighborhood:
Condesa is without a doubt is one of the best neighborhood in Mexico. You can walk everywhere.
There are public bikes in front, Public electric skates and public electric motorcycles. Everything works with an app that can be downloaded.
The area is a very neighbourhood life!!
You can find some of the best restaurants in Mexico City.
Other Things to Note:
The location is unbeatable
It is on the fifth floor and has an elevator.
Ask for the daily apartment cleaning service or the days you prefer. we have it at an extra cost.
For stays longer than 7 days, you will have to enter to do the cleaning and will be charged for it.

Assigned apartment was occupied at check-in, but the local manager put us into a similar suite in same building. Wasn't a problem other than confusion. On site manger a good problem solver and refernce for anything. Listing implied 2 bedrooms; there was one, and a sofa-bed couch. We didn't need to use it, but it was confusing.Everything clean, comfy bed and good linens/pillows (my concern). Great location for eating in neighborhood, finding supermkt. strangely no drugstore in neighborhood. Check-out easy.

I actually had to switch to a different apt last minute due to an issue and really enjoyed the place! Safe complex and great location.

Unfortunately I can’t give this listing an accurate review as we were not placed in the unit pictured. I did reach out to the host and got no response. We were placed in a studio which I think was next door to the unit we were supposed to be in. There was no balcony & was not a one bedroom as listed that’s how I knew we were placed in a different unit. Our studio was just fine and in a great location. No issues at all with the property it’s more the principle & likely the price difference.

I stayed here for 2 months and overall it was great. The location is perfect and has so many options for food and drink available just steps away. You use access codes for the building and apartment so not needing keys was a dream come true. The listing shows this as a 2 bedroom, but it is really just 1 bedroom (with a very comfortable king bed!) and a sofa in the living room. The bedroom is just inside the apartment door so sometimes it can be a bit noisy when the people in the apartment next door arrive or leave. Balconies are also all around so sometimes people talk late into the night. It was never really loud but noisier than I expected. As a bad sleeper I sometimes was awakened at odd hours. Gabriel always responded to anything right away but at the beginning of my stay I had an issue that he said he would take care of but then said to talk to the gentlemen downstairs when I inquired about it again. If I would have known from the beginning to just contact them, it would have been a lot easier. I would stay here again but only for a shorter amount of time since I just couldn’t get used to the noise.
