Summer Beach 106 is the perfect homebase for your OC adventures. This wonderful, timeless family community is right on the Beach, and within walking distance to many OC attractions!
This gorgeous Condo will comfortably sleep up to 8, and has awesome Amenities such as a refreshing Outdoor Pool! With lovely Views of the Pool and Beach from the large Balcony, you’ll find this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo has the makings of a fabulous Vacation!
The bright Living Area is welcoming after a fun-filled day on the Beach. You’ll love relaxing with Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. Summer Beach 106 has a cool, Beachy feel, with lots of natural light and comfy furnishings to sink into. Slip out onto the Balcony where you can relax and take in the beauty of Mother Ocean as you start your day with a cup of coffee, or enjoy the twinkling night sky with a glass of your favorite wine after everyone else has drifted off to sleep.
The Chef in your family will adore the wide open, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, making Mealtime a breeze! If you’d like a night or two off from cooking, you can take a quick stroll to one of the many Fine Restaurants located nearby, such as Shotti’s Point, OC Wasabi - both Locals favorites, or Barn 34. Shops, entertainment, and more are just a short walk or bus ride away when staying at Summer Beach. The Boardwalk is a short drive away, as well as West OC which offers additional shopping.
The Master Bedroom with a King Bed, and calming shades of blues, is flooded with natural light from the large sliding door, helping to start each day feeling relaxed and refreshed. You can slip out right onto the Balcony or enjoy the Flat Screen TV. The Master bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2 that allows plenty of counter space and a large Walk-in Shower.
Across the Hall, Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 Queen Beds. The fresh, bright decor and cozy bedding of this room will have your loved ones sleeping like a baby. In the main living space is the 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. There’s also a convenient Washer and Dryer, just in case you need it.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 106. The location on 35th street was excellent! Close to everything. You can walk everywhere. The beach is steps away. Beach chairs are not provided by the owner but that was okay because they had chair and umbrella rentals right on the beach right next to our access point. Unit is definitely a little dated but we weren’t inside very long - basically just to sleep. Beds were comfortable. FYI to renters- basics like toilet paper or paper towels, hand soap are NOT provided! We arrived at 10:15pm and didn’t know this. Thank goodness I had napkins in my car! Only other complaint is the key situation. 3 keys are provided: one each for the elevator, lobby door, main unit door. None are labeled which was really frustrating the first night when we were trying to get in and it was late. Wouldn’t hurt for them to be labeled as such. I’ve included 2 pictures - One is the view at sunrise from the master bedroom balcony and the other is a view of the building from the beach. Overall I would absolutely recommend this cute, beach-y vibe rental. We will definitely be back!

Ocean City MD is a very family oriented place to vacation. The place was nice and loved the location. Seaside Vacation was in constant contact requesting if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. Check in and check out is so easy.Great vacation.

Had a nice time and enjoyed the condo. Only negative (if any) was room smelled a little musty when we arrived but it wasn’t too bad. Probably being overly critical. Other than that, we had nothing to complain about.
