Cozy, allergy and child friendly vacation home with a garden

Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac (“play street”) right next to the old dike and can accommodate 4 people and a toddler.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large living/dining area with a built-in kitchen and seating for 5 people, plus a high chair for a toddler.
A spacious sitting area with satellite TV and a DVD player, as well as books and games for all ages, ensures you’ll still enjoy your vacation even on rainy days.
A guest restroom and a separate storage room with a washing machine complete the first floor.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds and a toddler bed with a removable side rail. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower stall, and a toilet.
There is a sandbox in the garden. Patio furniture and a grill are also available.
You are also welcome to use our handcart and our two now-nostalgic bicycles, each equipped with a child seat.
Wi-Fi access is free of charge.
Our house is a smoke-free home. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Neßmersiel offers a beautifully landscaped sandy beach with beach chairs, an adventure playground, and a water playground, all about 1,500 meters away.
You can easily walk or bike to the beach and harbor via a pedestrian and bike path.
Mudflat hikes, including family-friendly options, are offered daily from the harbor. A special highlight are the hikes to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney for vacationers ages 8 and up who are good walkers. The well-developed network of bike paths makes longer bike tours possible.
From Neßmersiel, attractions such as the historic town of Dornum, the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, the Pilsum Lighthouse (known as the “Otto Lighthouse”), Norden, Aurich, and Jever are all just a few minutes’ drive away.
The “Sturmfrei” wellness oasis, featuring a sauna, fitness center, video games, a movie theater, and a play area for toddlers, offers activities even on days when you don’t go to the beach.
Neßmersiel has several restaurants, a pub, and a tea room.
During the season, a supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance.
