About this apartment rental

Cozy, modern furnished apartment in the beautiful Eifel.

We want you to feel comfortable on your vacation and therefore offer you a 120 sqm, newly renovated non-smoking apartment. (smoking only allowed on the balcony)

The apartment has a bright living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and guest toilet.
We also offer free WiFi and TV.
We also took care of our little guests. We would be happy to provide you with a travel cot and high chair.

Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing weekend trip, a short trip to escape everyday life or the deserved annual vacation.

This is a huge, roomy two bedroom flat on the first floor of a house located on a quiet suburban street in Schmidt. A few cars went by but they didn‘t disturb us. Schmidt is a great location for exploring the Eifel with most of the best walks no more than half and hour‘s drive away. The flat itself was tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area had a comfortable sofa and a proper table and chairs to eat at, as well as a smaller table in the kitchen. Gerda was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had and even treated us to some local cakes on two occasions. The second bedroom is up a steep space saving staircase that would be difficult for someone with mobility difficulties. There is no washing machine in the flat.We can thoroughly recommend Gerda‘s flat as a good place to stay.

Gerda was an excellent host, even made us cake one afternoon, what a treat! Property was very clean and very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need on holiday. It is a contemporary conversion on first and second floors, lounge diner opens onto a private balcony overlooking the garden and view beyond. Local supermarket somewhat limited but has basics there. The only note I would make is that the stairs up to the second floor bedroom are a little awkward and that both bathrooms are on the first floor. Local pizzeria served good pizza and pasta but for a good dinner would recommend heading to Nideggen.
