About this villa rental
We offer a holiday home at the National Park Eifel am Rursee.
Rurberg is about 30 km from Aachen.
The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 room with two single beds.
The living area of the house is about 150m ² and offers plenty of space.
The Terrassa has an area of 60 m². Covered are approx: 25m²
In front of the house there is the possibility to park 3 cars for free.
In the living room is a large 8ft big pool table.

We very much enjoyed staying in Rurberg, it is a very beautiful and peaceful area. We enjoyed walking, canoeing and boat trips all of which were only ten minutes away from the house . The house itself was impressive and had plenty of space and we enjoyed using the pool table and air hockey table and spent many relaxing hours on the veranda using the comfy outdoor furniture provided.
However, unfortunately the house was not very clean, it was dusty and had cobwebs and the kitchen felt greasy and sticky. Also, we felt the house needed a bit more maintaining , that is the blinds were broken in 2 of the bedrooms and the light bulbs did not work in the upstairs hallway or in the bed side lamp in the middle bedroom. Also, if you are visiting from the UK you need to be aware that standard UK sheets do not fit the beds in the house and also we did not realise there would not be any toilet rolls or towels provided . Also shops in Germany are closed on Sundays so we could not get provisions until Monday although café’s at the riverside were open for food. Additionally the house was minimal in terms of furniture, although the lounge was comfy enough there were no bed side tables or bedside lights in the bedrooms and the bathroom was small and always damp, we have fed this back so this may improve. However, saying that the area was lovely and we had a good week there.

Das Haus war so wie beschrieben und hatte eine Menge an Aktivitäten zu bieten mit Billardtisch und Kicker. Wir waren als Freundesgruppe vor Ort und konnten zu sechst eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, in 5 Minuten ist man am See und hat von dort aus viele Möglichkeiten zu Fuß Die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und konnte kurzfristig helfen.

Wunderschöne Region, viele Aktivitäten möglich.
Helles, riesiges und angenehmes Haus, das den Beschreibungen in der Anzeige voll und ganz entspricht.
Gute Ausstattung, z.B. Haushaltsgeräte und insbesondere audiovisuelle und Multimedia-Geräte.
Für Billard, Tischtennis, Kicker und Air-Hockey-Tisch gibt es weitere Pluspunkte.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich mehrmals telefonisch gemeldet, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei.
Da das Haus voll vernetzt ist, gab es nur eine "virtuelle" Übergabe. Wir fanden schade, dass es nicht möglich war, die Heizung selbst zu regulieren, ohne dass der Vermieter eingreifen musste.
Außerdem waren weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher inbegriffen (obwohl 10 Euro berechnet wurden).
Fünf Sterne für die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, obwohl wir die Agentur überhaupt nicht in Anspruch genommen haben, kommen daher, dass wir die Gesamtnote nicht verschlechtern wollten. Diese "erforderliche" Frage ist hier überflüssig.

Unweit des Rursees gelegen ist das Objekt der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Eifel. Das obere Geschoss ist sehr großzüging angelegt. Ein großer Raum inklusive Biiliardtisch. Bei gutem Wetter kann man die große Terrase geniessen. Wir hatten Glück, nachts auch noch den klaren Sternemhimmel zu sehen. Man hat hier seine Ruge und ist abgeschirmt von den Nachbarn. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaubbraucht. WLAN ist selbstverständlich auch da und funktionierte bei uns einwandfrei
