Home base in the midst of the forest

Well-placed for walking in Eifel park and the High Fens in Belgium. Easy access to parking and supermarket. Nice eateries very nearby. Beautiful surroundings. The appartment is a comfortable and well-equipped base to explore it all. Fantastic shower, comfy beds and all modern appliances.

The apartment was lovely and clean and located in a nice and quiet area that connected well with several hiking trails (and is right below the castle). The kitchen was great. It was really nice to be able to make our own food (utensils, pots, coffee maker, dish towels, etc were all provided - bring your own paper towels/napkins if you might need those).

Sometimes we could hear the traffic from the thoroughfare street outside but nothing too invasive.

I stayed with my dad for two days at this place and it was great! the apartment is spacey, super clean, we’ll equipped and in a great location! also I forgot my charger and headphones, the owner sent it to me via mail super quickly, what a great service! would stay 100% again, thanks a lot!

Wonderful clean appartement at nice location. Noisy if windows are open.

Location was central and close to facilities. The appartement was very clean and the kitchen had utensils and an oven to cook our own food. 3 bedrooms were big.

Due to the location it was noisy during sleeping hours. It was close to church bells and a busy road. The bathroom was extremely clean, but small for 5 people. We missed shelves to put our bathroom amenities on.

Nothing you can do about but the curch nearby was a little noisy ;-) We travelled by bicycle so a little bit of coffee would be nice as there was a coffee maker in the appartment.

Da um diese Jahreszeit nicht viel geöffnet ist, wäre etwas mehr Küchenaustattung hilfreich. Z.B. Vorratsdosen, Müslischalen, Auflaufform

Ein bisschen verärgert

Sehr gemütlich, Preis okay und gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank etc. Badewanne war sehr groß. Bett sehr gemütlich, man konnte gut darin schlafen.

In der Bestätigungsmail wurde mit dem hauseigenen Frühstückscafe geworben bei dem man als Gast 10% vergünstigung erhalten soll. Es war leider geschlossen. Dies wäre als Hinweis mit einem Satz sehr informativ gewesen. Auch das alle anderen Aktivitäten nicht möglich waren, da alles geschlossen war.. Es hat uns schon ein bisschen verärgert. Vielleicht wäre es auch einfach sinnvoll den Gästen mitzuteilen wann die Saison beginnt. Cafés in der Umgebung sind sehr teuer und ordentlich Gastronomie ist leider nicht vorhanden und wenn dann war es geschlossen, eher nur etwas für Touristendurchlauf war dabei.. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Nächte da und von den 3x essen gehen war es 3x nicht so der Hammer. Unterkunft kann ich dennoch weiterempfehlen.
